Payment Options: Credit card transactions may be processed in several ways. You may submit your credit card information online with your order. You may also fax this information to (604) 439-7131, (live support - Monday to Friday, 10AM-6PM Pacific Standard Time), or ask for a call back either by email or by calling our customer service support line 778-233-7747. These options are all available at the checkout screen. Betty’s accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Pay pal is a payment service on the internet readily accepted at Betty’s. An account with Pay pal is required to use their service. The Pay pal option is available at checkout.

Betty’s Pay pal account ID is<>. Personal cheques are accepted but must clear prior to shipping your order. If you would like to mail your cheque or money order, you can do so by sending it to: Betty's Essentials <> Please allow several days for personal cheques to clear. C.O.D is not available. A $25.00 charge is assessed for returned checks.

Shipping and Handling: We attempt to carry all sizes and colours but sometimes may not have all items on hand. If the item you ordered is not in stock, it will take an additional 7-14 days to ship. In stock items will be shipped within 24 hours not including holidays and weekends. If you prefer that a signature not be required, you may state this at the message box when checking out. Waiving the signature requirement at delivery constitutes responsibility for the package when left by the carrier. Carriers can leave your package in the mailbox (USPS only), or in front of your door, or anywhere you ask provided instructions are written in the checkout message box when placing your order. Betty's reserves the right to require a signature unless otherwise waived at checkout. We have a flat fee charge for the shipping and handling of your order. The following charges are based on regular packaging and shipping with United Parcel Service or the Postal Service.

Next Business Day Air service within Canada - add 10.00 to charges above (minimum s&h 14.75) All Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping requests do not include weekends and holidays. Orders dispatched on Friday arrive on Monday for overnight service and Tuesday for 2nd Day service. Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional $10.00 charge. This service is not guaranteed and service is not applicable to all postal codes. International orders - add 10.00 to charges above for regular postal service shipping. (Minimum s&h $14.00) Expedited International Shipments - add 16.00 to charges above. (Arrives in 96 hours - most countries- not available to all countries minimum s&h $20.00) *service vary from country to country, you will be notified of any changes

Note on special discount offers - When free shipping is offered, the order is shipped via regular Canadian ground service either with UPS or Canada Post Service. Also see Returns and Warranties on all orders shipped free.

Warranties and Returns: Betty's warranties all items under the following conditions: If your purchase is defective simply return the item to the address supplied on the invoice within 15 days of receipt of merchandise with a copy of the invoice and instructions to return or exchange for another item. The return item must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging it was shipped in. Please note, we do not credit the original shipping charges. Regular shipping charges are deducted from amount credited on returned orders processed under "free shipping" offers.

Intimate garments: such as all garments with crotch as defined by law (panties, briefs, panty girdles, bottoms) cannot be taken back once tried on or worn. Same health regulations govern opened and tried on stockings, stay-ups, tights and socks. Betty’s offers a full refund (less shipping) for unopened or defective leg fashions. Please pay close attention to size when ordering your intimate Betty's item.
